App is great, needs little extra info added for various combo that one can creat for packs of 6 or 12 bagels etc.

The app allows you to skip the line which is great. The app also allows you to earn rewards free, coffee, free food, and other snacks like that. The one challenge that I am not a fan of is the fact that you cannot customize an order with the app. it allows you to place a normal order but if you make any changes, you have to call as soon as you place the order in from my experience most people on the phone do not sound happy because there’s a slight chance they might’ve already started your order. If they were to add the customization options, it would be absolutely perfect.
