For example adding chipotle sauce on a bagel. But other than that, great app and great place. The App said yes but the store receipt did not show the shmere. Out of sesame seed bagels at 11:30am!) you will not find out until you arrive. They’ll take a substitution then, but now you stand around waiting, defeating the purpose of the app. If they can’t fulfill your order at all, you have to go through their web site to request a refund. All this communication could happen through the app, but Caribou hates America, so they don’t bother. If it works, it is helpful but more often than not, it is down or I am unable to log in. I attempted to use it a couple days ago but was unable to open it. The cashier at the shop echoed my sentiments and told me that customers frequently had issues trying to use it. I have had this app for many years but have had to re-register with a different email because when I tried to change my password, the app was “unable to process” my request. The app doesn’t work more than it does work.
