The feed and the session view have been redesigned: clear readings in one row, water temperature shown on a colour scale, calmer cards. Posts from your clubs now appear straight in the feed, with reactions and comments without a detour. The running timer shows the water temperature, and ice baths added later get the weather that was actually there at the time.

Garmin ice baths now reliably sync to the app automatically. Apple Watch sessions get location and weather even when the watch had no GPS, and your heart rate now clearly shows which watch it came from.
