You can add more the 8 tasks, and has integration to their web platform. However cannot not scroll list in app (iPhone). So if your list exceeds the screen, you cannot scroll to see the full list of tasks. Have contacted support on numerous occasions with no response. 

It has great potential but at the moment needs a LOT of refinement and features.

I don’t usually write reviews b/c I’m way too lazy but this eisenhower matrix has been saving me from disorganization for years. The app is beautifully designed (great colour scheme) and I really like the ‘focus mode’ pomodoro timer for tasks as well. 

The one bug that needs fixing: when I add more than 4 tasks, I can’t scroll down to see them. Also, if my task takes up more than a few words, the words get cut off by the checkmark symbol and I can’t see what the task says unless I tap on it and edit it (but even then, it can be tricky to drag the cursor all the way over to the left to see what I wrote in the task box from left to right). So I guess that makes two bugs. Fix them and it’s 5 stars from me!

Esthetic-wise it’s perfect. Just needs to add the feature to change the order (and number them) of the tasks so one could prioritize.

You can add a task to a quadrant and mark a task as complete, but that's about all you can do. You can't move a task to a different quadrant or even change the order of tasks within a quadrant. You can't add any details such as notes or a link to a task. One of the quadrants is labeled "Schedule", but you can't actually schedule a task or set a due date. There are no reminder notifications, and there is no Today widget to show next tasks. I consider the Eisenhower Matrix to be sort of a power-user's time management system, but this is definitely NOT a power-user's app.

A toggle switch to choose 8 in each category or an infinite number is urgently needed for days like today when a pile, figuratively speaking, lands on my desk. I'll be happy to redo my rating when this happens!!

Die App ist super! Ich nutze diese App im IT Bereich. Ich war kurz vor einem Burnout, aber diese App hat mir dabei geholfen mich neu zu organisieren. 
Leider geht sie mit dem neuen IOS Update 11 nicht mehr. Ich hoffe der Entwickler macht hier weiter.

I get a notice when I install it that the app may slow down my device.  I think this is due to the lack of recent updates to the app to comply with new iOS app requirements.  Would give it 5 stars if this notice didn't appear.  Would also love a combined list view of all 4 quadrants at one time to give a better overall view of the workload.

### 2/5 — It’s okay at best - MAY MAKE PHONE SLOW

This is a small app. It does one thing and does it fine - allows you to organize a few to do tasks. But you only get one panel, and 8 tasks in each of 4 quadrants. I’ve got a lot more than that right now and so the app is more or less useless except for prioritizing the very top of my list. I’m not sure what to make of that. 

After I bought it I got a message that it might make my phone run slow - you’d think the app store would have alerted me first.

It does sync with a very minimal web app.

This is the super stripped version of what Priority Matrix does much better, but for way too much money ($12/month). For now I’ll just hack in in Google Drive with sheets.

Ich habe nach einer deutschen App gesucht. Bei Sprache steht Deutsch. Die App ist aber nur auf Englisch! Find ich unmöglich! Leider habe ich die Kommentare erst nach dem Kauf gelesen, denn sonst hätte ich sie mir nicht gekauft. Verstehe nicht wieso diese falsche Angabe nicht inzwischen korrigiert wurde!

This app is not as good as a napkin sketch.  In fact a napkin has much more function;  you can wipe your mouth AND do you Eisenhower matrix with a napkin.  With this app you can just waste your money.

This App doesn´t work like it should. It doesn´t allow me to order the items manually nor move to another quadrant. The developer in youtube shows how supposedly it works, but it doesn´t work like this! I tried to request a refund but is not permitted. Please fix it or refund my money back!

Trotz der Angabe das die App in Deutsch sei ist sie nicht in Deutsch. Das war für mich enorm wichtig, deshalb gibt es von mir unabhängig wie gut oder schlecht die App arbeitet nur 1 Stern. Das ist Bauernfängerei und für mich Betrug.

I used to use this app all the time because you could set a timer for certain tasks. You can still do that, but (unlike the previous iteration) Focus Mode now fades to black as my phone goes to sleep. In the previous version the app stayed on and you could see how much time you had left on your task. Now you have to keep touching the phone screen in order to keep the phone from fading to black. I should be concentrating on my task, not on keeping the productivity app open. Not sure why this change was made, but it's rendered the app useless. I might as well set a kitchen timer.

There lacks features to which you can personalize lists like change the order of items in a list, add details or notes to a list item, make sublists under a list item, change what list an item belongs to, mass edit/erase completed note items, etc. 
Not usable for me.

Ich habe genau diese App in einer alten Version seit ewigen Zeiten im Einsatz. Leider aber war die alte Version nicht an neuere Geräte angepasst.
Daher habe ich etliche Alternativen ausprobiert bis ich schliesslich entdeckt habe dass es Eisenhower in einer frischen neuen Version gibt.

Ich kann die App uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Die einzige App basierend auf dem Eisenhower Prinzip die mich überzeugt hat.
Für mich DAS ORIGINAL! Vielen Dank an die Entwickler!

Totally different / fresh idea. Excellent implementation. Also I like Eisenhower quadrant philosophy more than Steven Covey's 4 quadrants. This is one of my most-used apps now, along with notes, Mailbox and Clear. Great stuff!

Limiting each quadrant to 8 items max prevents having to do list that are too long. Best thing about app is how you can easily move items between quadrants and rearrange them the same way with just a touch. Improvements would be having a link that would automatically bring up calendar app for scheduling like the link they have that brings up ail app for delegation. But these are minor compared to the ease of use and
Simplicity of the program itself.
