This functional and user-friendly app makes it easier for you to prepare for your visit to the trade fair and supports you on site at the trade fair in Cologne. EXHIBITOR | PRODUCTS | INFORMATION The app offers a detailed exhibitor and product directory as well as a floor plan with all exhibitors' stands. Find information about the programme or for arrival and departure, as well as accommodation in Cologne. PLAN YOU VISIT Find exhibitors by name, country and product groups and plan your visits with favourites, contacts, appointments and notes. Get information about the programme. Keep track of interesting programme dates with favourites to programme dates. NOTIFICATIONS Get notification for short-term programme changes and other short-term organizational changes directly to your device. NETWORKING Get relevant networking suggestions based on your interests maintained in your profile and easily explore, expand and interact with your business network. To complete your profile you can upload an image as your profile picture. If you don’t want to be a participant anymore you can delete your profile via the deletion function in your profile editing page. MEETING-SCHEDULE Schedule meetings with other networking participants to get together on site. DATA PROTECTION The Mobile Guide requires appropriate permissions for "Add to address book" and "Add to Calendar" and will ask for that first time you use these functions. Contact data and appointments are stored at any time only local on your device. Es ist wie eine YouTube Werbung, die nur nervt. Bitte auf freiwillige Basis und wenn man schon fürs Ticket zahlt, bitte auch eine andere Möglichkeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Einfach eine Verknüpfung zb ins wallet dann gut ist. Dieses App wird definitiv von allen Smartphone verschwinden also ist ne Zeitvergeudung. **Developer response:** Danke für Ihr Feedback. Das Ticketladen sollte nicht über zwei Ecken laufen… ### 1/5 — So macht das keinen Spaß *2022-09-20* Es ist schon frech, dass man Messebesuchern auferlegt, eine App zu installieren. Wenn das freiwillig ist, ist das eine andere Sache. Aber: - die App ist zwingend vorgeschrieben, sonst wird man nicht in die Messe eingelassen - die App lädt alle Daten zur Messe direkt nach Installation (ohne Alternativmöglichkeit) auf das Smartphone - mittlerweile ist das bei den Messen von Kölnmesse wohl Standard. Es sammeln sich also automatisch alle Daten zu allen Messen der Kölnmesse auf dem eigenen Smartphone. Wenn man keinen Datenmüll möchte, darf man vor und nach jeder Messe die App de- und reinstallieren - Man weiß nicht, was mit den eigenen Daten passiert. Generell frägt die Messe viel zu viele Daten von einem ab. Ob die jemals wieder löschbar sind? Wenn eine Messe einen mit so viel Nachdruck dazu zwingt, eine App zu installieren und dann auch noch bei Accounterstellung so viele Daten (wie z.B. persönliche Interessen) abfrägt, ist das besorgniserregend und in meinen Augen sicher nicht im Sinne der DSGVO. Muss ich morgen bei jedem Bäcker vorher eine App installieren und meine Interessen hinterlegen? ### 1/5 — App *2022-09-16* Warum einfach, wenn es auch kompliziert geht - wer weiß, was die App im Hintergrund alles macht.
