Every time I clicked them I get an error. Messages, I’m unable to respond. I also keep getting emails that I have a new message and when I log in, there is no new message. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback—we’re sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. We’re currently working on a fix for a known issue that may prevent some flowsheets and the calendar from opening properly. This will be addressed in an upcoming app update. Regarding messages, if you’re receiving notifications but don’t see any new messages when you log in, we recommend contacting your practice so they can submit a support ticket for further investigation. Additionally, the ability to reply to messages in the app is a feature that can be enabled or disabled by your practice. You may wish to reach out to them directly to request this option be made available for their patients. ### 2/5 — Slow *2026-03-19* It takes a long time to load anything on the app, very slow in operating system to even open the app. You can respond to a message as you have to start a new message and no option to upload documents when they are requested. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. If you’re still experiencing slow performance in the app, we recommend reporting this to your practice so they can submit a support ticket.
