The delivery times were completely inaccurate and kept changing. Customer service kept giving different timings, and I even took screenshots of what they were saying before. No transparency, no solution. I still have not received my order and they are refusing to refund my money. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this app. (Update in response to the company’s reply: I asked to cancel the order multiple times because it was not delivered within the promised timeframe. The delivery calls only came after 9pm, which was already outside the delivery window shown in the app. I clearly stated it was too late and requested cancellation. The delivery was out of the agreed time frame, and I have screenshots proving the inconsistent timings provided by customer service. This is not about a discount policy — it is about failure to deliver as promised and refusing cancellation when the service was already delayed.
