Depuis que j’ai retiré mon argent de l’application il n’est pas encore venu. Vous dites que la durée est de 1-4h mais depuis 14h rien, il est déjà 21h53….. qu’est ce qui se passe? J’aimerais avoir mon argent s’est très urgent. Merci bien j’espère que mon problème sera résolu d’ici peu

La vérification d’identité dure toute une éternité. Rien qu‘à cette phase élémentaire comme le KYC, on peut déjà déduire de nombreux problèmes avec cette application, comme le paiement et le retrait d’argent, qui peuvent également durer toute une éternité. Choses auxquelles, je ne souhaite pas être confronté.

Depuis le matin à 13:45 pour être précis j’ai fait un achat de BNB et à l’heure où j’écris je ne les ai toujours pas reçu. Croyant que tout reviendrai à la normale j’ai refait une même transaction et toujours rien. J’ai aussi contacté le service client mais rien. Merci de bien vouloir m’envoyer mes fonds ou me rembourser parce que là j’en ai vraiment besoin. En plus de cela, j’ai aussi acheté des trx qui eux sont arrivés mais je n’arrive pas à les envoyer vers mon autre wallet. Merci de bien vouloir me dépanner je compte sur vous.
