## What is EK ERP?

EK ERP is a human resources and payroll app built for businesses in Nepal. Run payroll, track attendance, manage leave, and stay on top of TDS compliance, all from your phone.

For employees:
- Clock in and out with location verified attendance.
- View your attendance history and leave balance.
- Request leave and track approvals.
- View and download your payslips.
- See your salary breakdown, deductions, and tax summary.

For managers, HR and admins:
- Approve leave requests on the go, with the employee's balance shown before you decide.
- Review and approve bank account change requests.
- See team attendance for today at a glance.
- View the organization dashboard: headcount, who is present, pending approvals, and this month's payroll and revenue.
- Browse the employee directory and view payslips.
- Post announcements to your staff.
- View invoices, expenses and receivables. Detailed entry stays on the web app.

Built for Nepal:
- Bikram Sambat dates alongside Gregorian.
- NPR currency and local tax (TDS) handling.

EK ERP is used by organizations and their staff. Your employer administers your account. Some data (such as your employee record and payroll) is entered and controlled by your employer.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.6 — 2026-08-30

Fixes a blank employee dashboard that could appear instead of your summary.
Fixes another account's data briefly showing after signing out and back in.
Corrects the admin dashboard figures, which could show dashes instead of values.
Adds a Bikram Sambat calendar and date pickers throughout the app.
Adds a unified Companies directory, and lets employees propose profile changes for approval.

### 1.5.5 — 2026-08-23

Invoices now show Subtotal and Tax in the payment summary, so tax invoices no longer look like the totals are wrong.

Fixed invoice line item columns overlapping on narrow screens.

Kitchen module access is now based on your permission rather than your role name.

### 1.5.3 — 2026-08-19

Kitchen dashboard for shared kitchen staff, in Nepali. See who will eat across all your organisations, set today's khaja and tarkari, and read yesterday's anonymous meal feedback.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-07-19

New: Company Policies. Read your organization's policies and record your agreement right from the app, with pending-agreement reminders on your dashboard.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-07-07

Expense form improvements: the Save button is always visible, using the camera no longer resets your entries, saving a provider now confirms clearly (no more accidental duplicates), and attachments and tenant switching are more reliable.
