The standout feature for me is how it analyzes and compares new results against previous reports—seeing those trends visualized makes understanding my health metrics so much easier. However, the smart scanning features still need some work. While it handles standard lab printouts well, it completely struggles to recognize and categorize other essential medical documents like health insurance papers, certificates, and handwritten doctor notes. Having to manually fix or sort these defeats the purpose of an all-in-one digital health locker. If the developers can improve the OCR (text recognition) to accurately read handwritten files and insurance documents, this app would easily be a 5-star tool. Still highly recommend it for managing blood work and lab trends! ### 3/5 — Promising features but doesn't work *2025-09-16* Features are promising. I bought the paid version. Then discovered so many things don't work. E.g. I'm taking heart measures but it's not getting stored anywhere. It still shows button "Unlock" but nothing happens on tapping it. I uploaded lab reports, it could only read 3 vitals out of hundreds. It's showing "smart" badge only on one report. With all these problems the app effectively becomes like a cloud drive for be. Like i can organize my reports and prescriptions in a Google drive!! Even after adding abha ID, it still shows too many sections in Home Screen to create abha id, create this and that which are already done. The design is not intuitive even though the thoughts behind the app were excellent. Kindly fix the basic problems and make it user friendly. ### 1/5 — Too many ads and non-functional *2025-03-06, version 3.0.52* I downloaded the app, at first the experience was bad as I was getting too many ads. Then I tried to explore services such as consultations etc, but honestly I couldn’t understand anything and in every 1 min, I was getting a pop-up advertisement. Bought the premium pass but apart from entering name, weight and height none of the features are working. Every time I try to enter data like allergy or blood group or anything it shows error. Worst part is when I tried to contact via chat it shows none of agent are available. Try again later. It’s plain simple case of cheating. Approached customer care multiple times, it’s been 15 days. I had to pay 600 extra due to this for a full body checkup. ### 1/5 — Worst team and horrible services *2024-02-08, version 3.0.5* They will take the payment and later they say service is not available. To process the refund they will take more than 2 months, for that the customer must remind them on daily basis. It’s horrible and disgusting. ### 3/5 — Amazing app but with a significant bug *2023-11-02* I agree with others that this is one of the best healthcare apps I’ve seen! Very good UI/UX and smart detection of test values from PDFs. But there is one significant bug. On the medical profile, inputs are not getting saved. Every time I enter and save something like medical conditions or lifestyle habits, they disappear when I go back to the medical profile. It's undoubtedly the best app available on the Indian App Store for organizing both your own and your family's health records. One of the app's standout features is its seamless integration with ABHA, ensuring future-proof data synchronization without any concerns about data migration. However, I have a couple of suggestions and feature requests for the developer: 1. Currently, the app doesn't sync my blood pressure and sleep data from the Apple Health app, even though it successfully syncs other vitals like heart rate and body weight. It would be incredibly helpful if the app could also sync my blood pressure and sleep data directly from the Apple Health app, eliminating the need for manual entry. 2. Similarly, it would be great to have the option to sync my health records data from the Eka Care app to the Apple Health app. Currently, the app only reads data from the Apple Health app in a few categories, and it doesn't add any vital information to the Health app. I sincerely hope that the developer will consider incorporating these features in future updates. Thank you for creating such an amazing app. ### 1/5 — Fake app *2023-04-07, version 2.76.0* This is a fake app, these guys get some details about doctors and create fake appointments and ask to update records. May be cheating to get personal data. A doctor mentioned in the app confirmed that this is fake. Start becoming customer centric instead of just focusing on selling. ### 1/5 — Bad service - Took Money - Gave Free Version *2025-07-27, version 3.1.7* I subscribed to premium version and set auto payment. Next month, payment got deducted but my app converted to Free version again. No one replied after 10+ followups too to any support email or support whatsapp number. No refund and still after paying, I had free version. I cancelled future payments now. ### 1/5 — Bogus App *2025-07-22* The developers must make it user friendly. I ordered the test through their agent and now I cannot find the report in their app. I need to login every day as it logsout on its own. No customer support number available and the one listed on website needs a recharge to receive a call. I still take blame to book the test through these people bcz I should have used my brain to book it directly. There was no way to join the appointment. To make matters worse, there is no active helpline to contact for support, and the WhatsApp helpline number is completely unresponsive. I wasted both my time and money. Avoid this app at all costs. This is a scam, and I would not recommend it to anyone. ### 1/5 — Another hopeless app *2025-04-12, version 3.0.54* Appointment Slots and Doctor timings do not match at all. Patient has to wait multiple hours before the doctor even arrives at the clinic that too after making the staff call the doctor multiple times. I like the ease of use and the way it is so easy to upload the records through WhatsApp. One suggestion for improvement. Please add a feature to read vitals from Apple Heath. For example blood pressure, blood glucose are written to Apple health by other devices and this app can read it from Apple health and update that to the vitals instead of asking the user to manually enter it.
