eKeypad transforms your iOS device into a mobile controller for your Universal Devices ISY-99i, ISY-994i and ISY-994i Z automation controller. It enables you to easily access and control your system at home or while on the go.

My app suddenly won’t work anymore. It loads and then the screen goes blank and then disappears.

Seriously... do you not test your software before you release it??!! With every update, the program won’t recognize my previous configuration and restored backups get an error! This is so amateur! I’d give this a rating of ZERO.

I am very happy with this update.  Quicker and all the glitches seem to be fixed. Working well with ISY ver 5.x

The eKeypad connection to your equipment should be very stable. However, a properly working system involves multiple components. Not only eKeypad, but also your automation/alarm/video equipment and the computer networks they are connected to. We have a lot of experience with these different areas and are always available to help you achieve a more reliable solution.

Please do not assume we are aware of any issues you are experiencing. While we do test each release extensively, if we miss anything we want to know as soon as possible.

The control section for Lights has disappeared in this version which means all the individual Insteon devices are gone. The only control still available are Scenes and Programs. The App is pretty much useless to me now. I've heard from the Developer that they're trying to push out a new version. Let's hope so to fix this otherwise pretty cool and functional program.

The user interface is cryptic, and does not conform to most normal iPhone/iPad conventions.  The entire in-app help and documentation is a link to their website.  The website documentation is an FAQ blog with about ten relatively inane entries.  Controlling individual lights and appliances does not work at all, there's an expanding tab for them, but its always empty and grey.  It doesn't even list them.  If you have already set up scenes via the ISY's java interface, then you can get a listing of them in this app.  You can even turn scenes on or off, or dim them.  However, you cannot see the current state of the scene, see the scene's members, nor edit the scene.

Auto detect of local vs. WAN works seamlessly.
Great feature set and integration into other apps as well.

This is a well designed app to control my ISY home system. The screen designs are well constructed and provide robust controls of all my devices, scenes, and actions. I paid a lot more for other apps to control my ISY that frankly do much less !

Like the program a lot. One exception is the only way to control ZWave locks on the ISY is by building programs that will manually lock and unlock based on the execution of a Then or Else statement

Response has been quick, accurate, informative, and offered a solution that actually worked!  If you're like me, I'm sure you've made other frustrating support calls only to get the run around with no solution after hours of being in contact. 

I thought that after I dished out the cash I'd be left on an island, but months and months after I'm still getting the support as and when I need it. The support I get alone is worth at least half of the price. 

Excellent job. Excellent product.
