Introducing the Menu Hub, making all features even more accessible! Fixes and improvements: - Fixed issues with the Adenosine Effect (Fixed duration from 60s to 15s, which reflects transient nature), Infant Respiratory Distress (Adjusted SpO₂ from 85-92% to 88-94%) and Toddler Dehydration (Raised BP from 82/50 to 90/55 mmHg). - Better and more realistic sounds. - Fixed the freeze button to be more realistic. - Improved artefact simulation (muscle tremors, electrode contact loss, baseline wander and power line interferences). - The ON/OFF button now also resets the scenario. Added 12 new scenarios: - Ventricular Tachycardia (critical omission - now fixed!) - Pulseless Electrical Activity - Acute Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) - Atrial Flutter - Torsades de Pointes - Return of Spontaneous Circulation - Pulmonary Embolism - Junctional Rhythm - Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome - Hypocalcemia, Hypercalcemia, Hypomagnesemia - Septic Shock (Adult)
