- Fixed issues with the Adenosine Effect (Fixed duration from 60s to 15s, which reflects transient nature), Infant Respiratory Distress (Adjusted SpO₂ from 85-92% to 88-94%) and Toddler Dehydration (Raised BP from 82/50 to 90/55 mmHg).
- Better and more realistic sounds.
- Fixed the freeze button to be more realistic.

We've significantly improved our waveform realism with three new ECG morphologies:
• Wide QRS complexes for tricyclic antidepressant overdose
• Peaked T waves for early hyperkalemia
• Osborn waves (J waves) for hypothermia

• 8 new medication and drug interaction scenarios:
• Adenosine Effect - transient asystole for SVT treatment
• Amiodarone Effect - antiarrhythmic with QT prolongation
• Opioid Overdose - respiratory depression with bradycardia

• Tricyclic Antidepressant Overdose - wide QRS with arrhythmias
