The first time we asked twice for updates and got a pretty snarky remarks. The second time they didn’t even seem to know about our order until we came in. ### 1/5 — The app puts you at the back of the line. *2019-06-28, version 2.6.5* I called to place my order and heard the recording that they don’t take phone orders any longer. I was told to use the app. In the past a phone walk-in order was ready in 20 minutes. So I downloaded the app and placed an order. Then I got a notification that the food would be ready in 45 minutes. I was only a block away so I walked in to ask if the 45 minute wait was legit. They said yes. Meanwhile they were processing orders for walk in customers with less the a 10 minutes wait. I love the food but this new system with the app is horrible. ### 5/5 — Skip the line *2019-05-04, version 2.6.5* This app works great. I wanted to get a chicken box to carry out.
