App doesn’t give you wait time until after you’ve ordered; was emailed after placing order that it’d be 2h15m for a sandwich, and they don’t accept orders by phone.

Can’t even make a payment with my Apple Pay account...app wont let me use my card or use the new one I just set up instead. Frustrating because I love Ekiben and was hoping to get an order in today

I called to place my order and heard the recording that they don’t take phone orders any longer. I was told to use the app. In the past a phone walk-in order was ready in 20 minutes. So I downloaded the app and placed an order. Then I got a notification that the food would be ready in 45 minutes. I was only a block away so I walked in to ask  if the 45 minute wait was legit. They said yes. Meanwhile they were processing orders for walk in customers with less the a 10 minutes wait. 

I love the food but this new system with the app is horrible.

I eat here all the time and love the food, but the last two times I’ve ordered with this app, I showed up when the email said to (30 minutes or so after ordering) and then had to wait 30-45 minutes AFTER that. The first time we asked twice for updates and got a pretty snarky remarks. The second time they didn’t even seem to know about our order until we came in.
