But the app has never worked since then. It freezes every time they try to open it, so they can’t access any of the paid features. We’ve paid for something we haven’t been able to use at all. This has been very disappointing. Man muss individuelle Angebote einholen. Ob ich im Vergleich zu anderen Einrichtungen zu viel zahle bleibt offen. Das ist nicht sehr transparent. Bei der Anmeldung über Edupool soll ich meine Edupool-Zugangsdaten eingeben, ohne dass ich klar ersehen kann, wem ich diese Daten gerade gebe. Die angezeigte URL ist mir jedenfalls nicht bekannt. Gebe ich sie zur Überprüfung von Hand im Browser ein, komme ich auf eine Webseite (Datenbank-Bildungsmedien.net) auf der außer einem Wort („Hier“) nichts zu lesen ist. Kein Impressum weit und breit. In der Summe wirkt das auf mich alles recht wenig vertrauenserweckend.
