電車の発車時刻は違う。
どうやって調べてもとんでもなく無駄なルートしか案内されない。JRと仲悪いんですか？東急と何か裏の取引でもしてるんですか？？

少し前から市内の交通機関経路が存在しないと表示されるようになりました。
新幹線での移動などは表示されます。地方の交通機関への対応を止めたのでしょうか？
今も目的地への経路が存在しないと表示されるままなのでこのままですと容量の無駄なのでアプリ削除する事になりそうです。

名古屋市バスなどを取り扱っている乗換検索アプリは数が限られており対応していたこちらを愛用していたのでとても残念な気持ちです。

### 1/5 — 遅延の場合に本来の時刻が分かりにくすぎる

電車が遅れていないにも関わらず遅延の表示が出ることがとても多いです。
さらに本来の時刻が取り消し線で消えてとても見えにくく表示されるので、本来の時刻を遅延の時刻と勘違いしやすく、さらに本当は遅延していないので乗り遅れてしまうということがあったので使うのをやめることにしました。
遅延の表示が出ない頃の方が使いやすかったように感じます。
おそらく10年近く使っていたのでとても残念です。
長い間ありがとうございました。

### 2/5 — ほかのアプリより微妙だし酷いバグに注意

発車駅と降車駅を指定しての検索では割と使えるでしょう。
いい点は、ロック画面とウィジェットに次の乗り換えを表示できることです。通知センターを出したり、電源ボタンをポチポチすれば次が分かります。
とても悪い点は、酷くバグってます。2025年4月はじめ時点です。テストしてからユーザーが使えるようにしようよ。バスを含めると終電が20時など早すぎておかしい。普通は終電24時。終バスでも22時台。バスを外すと、駅までのバスは徒歩になり使えない。徒歩10分以内の駅の間のバスを使って無駄に料金が高いなど。現在地からの検索はもうダメだね。徒歩用マップとしてiPhone標準のマップがいちいち開くけど、通知機能も強力な標準のマップだけ使った方がいいくらい。
ほかの悪い点。個々に開かないと、徒歩時間が出ない、My時刻表/運行情報が出ない。一覧に出してよ。しかも時刻表の読み込み時間は非常に重い。何号車に乗った方がいいなどの情報も少ない。ほかのアプリがスムーズにできる機能が劣ってる。

乗る駅と降りる駅で複数のルートがすぐに出る。普段はその機能だけで便利。都内の地下鉄は盲点があるので気づかせてくれる。 「早い、安い、楽」のマークも便利。これはたまに行く遠距離で役に立つ。 乗り換えの時の移動時間は旅行の荷物を持った場合の余裕を持った計算をされている感じ。一本早目に乗れたらラッキー程度の精密さ。 他の似たアプリより分かりやすいと感じた。 画面の見やすさと乗り換えの時間が自分には合ってる。
他のレビューを見て、たまたま首都圏に住んでいるからかもしれない。

現在でもとても使いやすいのですが、複数の路線が乗り入れる同一駅・同一バス停留所にて任意の希望路線を選択できるように経路指定を自由にできるようになると良いですね。

例えば最終目的地を「東京都八王子福祉園」とします。そして東京都八王子市のJR・京王高尾線の高尾駅北口バス停1番停留所から上小田野停留所までは高尾駅北口始発の「美11系統宝生寺団地行き」と高尾駅南口始発・高尾駅北口経由「元12系統買い物バス ホーメストタウン経由宝生寺団地行き」の二系統が有りますが、経路が大きく異なり、当然所要時間もかなり違います。なので、場合によって系統を選びたい。

さらに最終目的地への到着時間の都合で、場合によっては上記2系統以外のバスで通常利用する「上小田野」停留所へは行かないで一つ手前の「川原宿大橋」停留所から別目的地へ分岐する系統がいくつか有ります。「美22美山町行き」、「美32陣場高原行き」など。

そして時間の関係で、高尾駅北口から「上小田野」停留所へは行かず、一つ手前の「川原宿大橋」停留所で下車して目的地の「東京都八王子福祉園」
まで徒歩で向かいたいことがあります。

現状では出発地「八王子駅北口」1番停留所、目的地「東京都八王子福祉園」として「川原宿大橋」停留所で下車すると、次のバスを待って再度、「川原宿大橋」停留所から「上小田野」停留所まで「美11系統」または「元八12系統」に乗車してしまう経路が出て来ます。

これをなんとかしたい。

基本的には必要な機能は大体揃っており便利。
ただ、乗換案内に一部微妙な点が。

具体的には
①急行も止まる出発駅
②普通のみ止まる駅
③普通のみ止まる目的駅
④急行も止まる駅
があった時、
「急行で①-④、普通に乗り換えて④-③」のルートが、「普通で①-②-③」のルートより早くてもそれに気づかず、①-②-③のルートしか提示してくれない場合がある。
また、Y字状に路線があり、Yの字の左上から右上に行きたい時、Yの字の下に向かい交点で反対向きに乗り換え右上に向かう、というルートも提示しない。
おそらく、「反対向きの電車に乗り換える」が苦手なのかな、と。
素直にこのアプリだけ信じてると、そういう時間のロスの仕方をすることがある。今からこのアプリを使おうと考えている方はお気をつけて。このアプリの開発の方は修正お願いします。

それ以外は特に不便に思うことは無いので、星4。

新機能の通知をOFFに設定していたのにロック画面に新機能の通知を出してきたのでアンインストールしました。アプリ使用時ならともかく、非アクティブ時のプッシュ通知はスパム広告そのものであり大変迷惑です。

以前、広告の音について改善を求めるレビューを投稿しましたが、最近アプリを使う機会があり、開いてみたら音もなくスムーズでした！早急な改善、ありがとうございます。改悪に対しては罵倒のようなお口の悪いレビューが並んでしまいますが、改善には気付きもせず労いの言葉も出ないのは、人間の醜い部分すね…(；ω；)いつもお疲れさまでございます。今後ともアプリ使っていきます！
