Queuing for tickets has never been an issue. The app was clunky for users and staff and I hate the admin of having to claim a refund. If this is reducing staffing for the Ekka, I shouldn’t have to pay a fee to remove my money. I would rather just tap a credit card rather than downloading another app, signing up another account and having to claim back at the end. ### 1/5 — Cannot get a refund *2025-08-17, version 1.0.3* Trying to get a refund but it rejects my bsb Have tried 3 different accounts but still no joy.
