The more time passes, the more bugs appear. One gets fixed (rarely), three more pop up. I would set it on fire if I could and resent having to use it for work. Bad job guys, but I’m guessing you know that. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-11-08* With an annual revenue of ~$15m, this company could at least throw their software developers more money to improve their buggy app. ### 1/5 — Turrible *2024-08-22* What can be said that hasn’t already been said? This app is a horror show and the “fixes” only make it worse. ### 1/5 — Ekos needs an update *2024-01-15* Ekos desperately needs to update their app and fix bugs. ### 2/5 — Why make changes to make the app worse?? *2023-12-28* When scanning kegs which is a daily task for us, you now have to click the “asset tag” text box between each keg. This adds so much effort and opportunity for errors. The way it worked in the past was completely fine I don’t understand why they made this update but please revert it ### 2/5 — EKOS on iPhone 14 *2023-12-16* Such a great idea but doesn’t seam to work on iPhone. 1) On classic version it logs me out after each stop even after hitting the “ keep me logged in” button. Very annoying and time consuming 2) The camera will not open unless you tap on the invoice twice but when you do this, the second half of the invoice list is unreadable (work around is to turn the phone to landscape). 1) On Boost version it doesn’t log me out which is great but the scanner does not scan. It beeps like it’s read the code but nothing is registered. I have to manually enter the codes every time. 2) Same problem as described above re. Unreadable invoice list. Have received a call from the tech team but no change yet. Senior tech was supposed to contact me but haven’t heard from them 6 weeks now). Please, if you’re listening, address the problems in the boost version and make us all happy. ### 1/5 — Pretty Much Useless *2023-05-09* App barely functions. Does not translate to mobile. If you’re going to jack up the cost of the service at least make it worth it. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2020-11-11* This seems like they just tried to port the web page into an app. Can’t view the dashboard properly on latest version, can’t do item transforms. I’m able to view inventory and make invoices on the fly, but it can be frustrating trying to do so or view certain things in the app. Please improve this since businesses are already paying to use Ekos. Edit: Since the latest iOS update I can’t even view invoices properly. It’s been almost a year since you updated the app - fix it yo! ### 2/5 — Shot *2019-06-14* Logins aren’t persistent. Viewports don’t scale well. Data entry results in unintended scrolling away from where the data entry is occurring. If I asked my reps to use this in the field I’d lose them all. Needs a total overhaul, and ekos needs to take mobile seriously. ### 1/5 — The update made the app stop working. *2019-02-25* I can not use the app at all anymore.
