## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.9 — 2026-10-02

• New article reader: a single clear title, a 30-second summary, section contents, a bottom reading bar and suggested next articles
• Daily 7:00 AM "Today in History" reminder and alerts before deadlines of scholarships you saved (turn on/off in Settings)
• New screens: Institutions, Settings and Document Requests
• A cleaner home page that makes it easier to find what you need

### 1.4.8 — 2026-09-29

- New Analysis section on Home: the site's analysis articles, with their topics.
- Home and every section now load reliably on the first try: the app paces its requests to eksastra.com instead of sending dozens at once.
- Home refreshes on its own: new and updated eksastra.com articles and documents appear when you come back to the app, without pulling to refresh. The Archive tab refreshes automatically too.
- List rows are laid out correctly again, with the photo beside the title.
- Photos from Wikimedia Commons load reliably, and articles show their section (Analysis or Explainers) instead of "document".
- A cleaner Home header with the official logo and today's date, and a compact list of the newest documents.

### 1.4.7 — 2026-09-26

- Fixes the app closing as soon as it is opened on iOS 27. Everything in 1.4.6 now works as intended.
- Clean white design, the PDF opens right under the title, offline PDFs, and a Home that follows eksastra.com.

### 1.4.6 — 2026-09-24

• A clean new white design: simpler, brighter screens, with colour only where it helps.
• Documents now open straight to the PDF, right under the title.
• Downloaded documents open their PDF even when you are offline.
• The Home screen now follows eksastra.com: photo explainers, ministry and government sections, a year chart and quick shortcuts.
• A new screen shows what is new from the institutions you follow and scholarships closing soon.
• Clearer document details, better dark mode, and many small fixes.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-09-14

Visual refresh

Richer navy and gold colors throughout the app, matching the refreshed look on eksastra.com.
