## What is EkyConso?

EkyConso ensures fair sharing of electricity consumption between property owners and tenants during short or long stays.

By connecting your ENEDIS (Linky) smart meter via the official DataConnect service, EkyConso measures each stay's actual consumption and automatically calculates the amount to be settled — based on official data.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
• Full transparency thanks to certified ENEDIS data
• No more disputes over electricity: everything is tracked and timestamped
• Rent with peace of mind even in winter, without absorbing heating overcosts
• Automatic tracking of EV charging, rebilled to your guests
• Automatic stay synchronization via iCal (Airbnb, Booking, Gîtes de France...)

FOR TRAVELERS
• Pay exactly what you consume, no more, no less
• Track your consumption in real time from the app
• Balance automatically calculated as soon as ENEDIS data is received

FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
• Manage your entire property portfolio from a single interface
• A strong differentiator with your property owners
• Fully automated consumption tracking, no manual work required

EkyConso: the fair balance of energy between hosts and travelers.
