I had a CT scan yesterday (in French 😉) and Taryn was an absolute angel. Professional, full of joy and so kind and attentive. Even for a simple check an hospital is intimidating and stressful, that is why I am grateful for members of staff like Taryn for going the extra mile to make her patients more at ease for an optimal health care. The autofill doesn’t work because the app doesn’t signal to the password manager what website it is for. And you can’t save a password or use biometrics. That’s really cumbersome for an app that is designed to be used by patients while in a hospital. ### 2/5 — Face ID doesn’t work *2025-04-28, version 3.0.0* Every time I launch the app, I have to type in my username and password, even though I have enabled Face ID. Why??? ### 2/5 — Annoying to use *2025-03-30, version 2.5.1* Most functions work as expected (I.e. communicate with care team, receive test results).
