El Corte Inglés is a major international shopping destination visited by millions of tourists, yet the app still does not offer English. Please consider adding English and Arabic language support. Many international and Arabic-speaking customers shop at El Corte Inglés regularly, and having these languages would make the app much easier and more accessible to use. It is only in Spanish, Spanish Canary Islands and Portuguese ### 1/5 — Frustrating app *2026-02-11* The app is changing my prices all the time the delivery system not very good. I spent a lot of time shopping for clothes that they were available and it turned out they were just in some stores. Quite a waste of time… I think you should improve the app. ### 1/5 — Pérdida de oferta por fallo en la app y nula solución *2025-09-16, version 4.16.0* Muy mala experiencia con la aplicación de El Corte Inglés. El 27/08/2025 intenté comprar tres artículos en oferta, pero la aplicación fallaba continuamente (ya llevaba varios días así). Estuve 17 días llamando casi a diario a Atención al Cliente sin obtener ninguna solución. El 08/09/2025, cuando la app volvió a funcionar, una de las ofertas había desaparecido y se negaron a respetarla, a pesar de que el problema fue suyo. Incluso me ofrecieron pagar por un enlace enviado por SMS o correo, algo que considero inseguro. Creo injusto que un cliente pierda una oferta por fallos técnicos de la empresa y que no se le dé una solución equivalente. ### 1/5 — App strategy *2025-07-12, version 4.13.0* Tal como esta hecho la applicacion no facilita las compras. Lo que mas molesta: 1. Cada uso requiere un nuevo sign-in, no guarda el perfil. 2. No deja coleccionar en la cesta sin sign-in. 3. Modo invitado no funciona. 4. No deja introducir direcciones correctas. Las sugerencias no encajan y la app no accepta lo que pone el usuario. Soy gran fan del corte ingles pero esta applicacion es un crimen y hace perder negocio. Claudia ### 1/5 — No la recomiendo *2025-06-21, version 4.12.1* Si compras juguetes por la app del corte inglés, y te dice el anuncio “se surtirán según existencias” eso significa = que te den los peores, los dañados, lo que no se venden en tienda física, que no tienen cambios, te den repetidos varios para eliminar existencias que no muevan, y que te hagan perder mucho el tiempo, no recomiendo comprar en la app del Corte Inglés , mejor busca en otros sitios web, donde son más formales y te dan opción de elegir el que tú buscas sin engaños y contratiempos. ### 1/5 — Extremadamente peligrosa. Es un aplicación nada confiable *2025-06-20, version 4.12.1* Recién pasado por caja de súper con 200€ de compra y de repente tengo que activar la tarjeta en la aplicación. Afortunadamente la tarjeta física o tengo que dejar la compra ahí mismo. Pide meter el número, lo hago con gente esperando en la caja, manda un código y lo meto. Sorpresa hay un fallo, llama a xxxx. Estoy en la maldita caja del súper con 200€ de compra, desgraciados. Tampoco acceder a los cupones. Al final pagar con tarjeta física y buscando los cupones en el correo. 10 minutos para pagar. ### 1/5 — Mala malísima *2025-06-19, version 4.12.1* Desde que quitaron la APP del Hipercor tardó el triple haciendo la compra . No puede ser más mala. La app del Hipercor era buenísima accedías a los productos rápido y los engachabas fácil al carrito. Ahora es un agobio .es complicado buscar los productos antes lo tenías todo a la vista ahora si no se busca uno por uno no se ve nanda o si no se cogen los productos del pedido anterior, puedo está buscando tres horas. Para eso voy a comprar en persona y tardo menos. Da problemas en la pasarela de pago he tenido que pagar 6 veces para que por fin pasara a pedido. El cambio ha sido a peor. No entiendo como no han pasado las facilidades de compra a la nueva app del corte. Los productos permanecen agotados constantemente y cuando vas al súper están ahí. Debería denunciar al corte inglés por daños y perjuicios. Es la peor app que he podido ver. Puedo tardar más d tres horas en hacer la compra en el Hipercor. Creo que tardaría menos si voy en persona . Llevo teniendo problemas Y en dos ocasiones y aun reportando el problema y creando la incidencia atención al cliente no hace nada al respecto. Nadie te hace caso en El Corte Inglés con los problemas que da . No me deja hace la compra , no me deja pagar, me da error por todas partes . En vista que atención al cliente no te ayuda en nada tampoco tienen un apoyo informático para la app. He llegado ya tres veces en tener que eliminar mi cuenta. Falla en todo , en poder hacer la compra en el Hipercor . Da fallo en el pago, se vuelve loca y no me deja escoger la manera en como quiero gestionar la entrega, envíe vídeo atención al cliente y nunca me dijeron nada . Paso una semana y nadie se me respondió . Me tocó por tercera vez eliminar la cuenta. No creo que vuelva hacer más la compra en el Hipercor. Deberían quitar la app si no saben cómo gestionarla .
