The instructions should be more detailed for example: You take a picture of the front and back of the check but there’s no instruction to say what to do next. Through hit and miss I realized you hit the photo button again, the instructions are endorse your check, submit, and receive an email saying whether the deposit went through. There definitely needs to be more detail regarding how to make a deposit. I had to call El Dorado Bank for instructions on more instructions on how to enroll. I was told I had to hit the plus button that should be in the instructions. I use to keep approx 50,000 in my savings when no interest was being paid out. When interest loosened up your offer never changed. That’s why I moved most of money out. Their app constantly shuts down, makes you reset your password every few months, and offers none of features that are standard with a modern banking institution. Now I can’t access my personal app account at all. You’d think for a bank needing to secure records, they’d have this down by now, but this nonsense has been going on for years. Try using a little of my money that you make more money on to buy some knowledgeable professionalism in IT. ### 1/5 — Not Great *2023-08-20* This is not a very good banking app; it’s surprisingly bad compared to other banks. Logging in with Face ID is glitchy, the app has limited features, and doesn’t always process bill payments when you make them. You are better off accessing your accounts through the bank’s website.
