## What is EL?

EL-FIT is a physical training app created for patients with advanced liver disease. Through a specialized algorithm, EL-FIT can provide an exercise prescription consisting of videos and daily walking goals. Its interface with health and fitness data renders a personalized physical fitness profile, whereas its gamification features motivate and engage patients to create a disease-specific exercising community. EL-FIT can be used both to monitor physical activity and to (p)rehabilitate patients with advanced liver disease and transplant candidates. The application integrates with Health Data.
