## Newest reviews (10 of 30)

### 4/5 — Editions

*2022-04-23, version 3.6.05*

Enjoy all the choices.

### 4/5 — App improved

*2021-05-16, version 3.2.64*

The new 2021 app is soooooo… much better than the old one.

### 2/5 — Disgusting liberal hate promoter

*2021-03-27, version 3.2.46*

This liberal daily cannot print anything based on balanced journalism. Beginning with a ultra liberal top heavy “reporting” typically embellishing half truth Democrat lies or talking points. This rag would rather incite hate than promote peace. Local, Texas Tribune and AP are not to be believed or trusted. Not woke up but wake up and understand the truth of the majority. Thank you.

### 1/5 — App is not stable

*2019-12-16, version 2.9.10*

I like this apps when it works, but it locks up regularly. At least once a week it makes you sign in. It cannot seem to keep my log in credentials. I like reading the paper on my phone, but I cannot depend on the app.

### 1/5 — Can’t sign up

*2018-01-22, version 2.6.87*

This app gives you the option to sign in or sign in with Facebook. You can’t even create a account on here if you don’t have or want to use Facebook. They should have it more together.

### 1/5 — Ads

*2017-11-16, version 2.6.87*

Update puts ads at top of every page. Ugh. And if you do tap on one, it locks things up on that ad and makes you get out completely and have to log back in. Awful!

### 1/5 — Crashes on my iPad

*2016-11-13, version 2.6.36*

Can you please fix this issue? The app no longer opens on my iPad. I don't plan to read the newspaper on my iPhone. Too small. The iPad was easier to read the editions.

### 1/5 — Crashes on bigger iPad and OS10

*2016-10-22, version 2.6.36*

It did work fine on my iPad, but after the OS update, it crashes. I can use it on our iPad mini, just not our full size iPad. Get the fix fast or reimburse my e-subscription.

### 1/5 — Not compatible with iOS 10.

*2016-09-25, version 2.6.36*

Crashes. Won't open.

### 1/5 — Review

*2014-01-03, version 2.4.5*

Very poor implementation. Edition is just a scan of the paper with poor resolution. Difficult to navigate and ability to change font size not available. Developers should look at other metro area papers that have ipad edition. Houston and San Antonio.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Still bad

*2022-03-12, version 3.6.05*

Newspaper - in many editions there are unreadable pages
Comics - still can’t read them in almost every edition

As Charlie Brown says GOOD GRIEF!!!,

### 1/5 — Unable to use

*2021-11-24, version 3.3.14*

I’ve downloaded this app twice, signed in to my account, and then I get an error message to contact them. I’ve now also deleted this app twice.

### 1/5 — Cert Invalid

*2021-10-22, version 3.2.64*

Help! The app won't open. It cycles continuously. Says the cert is invalid and may compromise my information.

### 1/5 — Not Trustworthy News Whatsoever

*2021-10-04, version 3.3.14*

The El Paso Times is a dying media outlet.

Their coverage is anything but fair and balanced.

### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever downloaded.

*2020-11-26, version 2.9.10*

This app is a total fail. Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Horrible app and getting worse

*2020-11-11, version 2.9.10*

The app has always been buggy. As listed before will log you out or predictably shut down abruptly in the middle of an edition. Latest bug has all print disappear leaving only pictures. You can move through pages and come back to previous page and maybe print will return. Then after about three of those instances the app will stop all together. Without improvement will likely result in cancelling subscription.

### 1/5 — Needs updated

*2020-10-19, version 2.9.10*

Continually issues with this app. Pages fade in and out and then the app closes. Have attempted several times to get customer service to do something about the issues but to no avail. The apt needs updated as the last was fine over 2 years ago.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2020-03-17, version 2.9.10*

I use this app on my iPad Pro. The app used to have small, annoying quirks before, but now it freezes on a regular basis. I close the app and re-start it several times. Each time it, the app takes me to the same frozen point. Ugh!!

When will El Paso Times do something about it?

### 1/5 — app is terrible

*2020-02-16, version 2.9.10*

Had to reinstall on new ipad, doesn’t recognize internet, partial downloads, locks up. Reinstalled twice. So bad I would not give even one star but have to in order to post review. If USA Today network wants to push an e-edition, at least give us a decent product!

### 1/5 — Locks up constantly now

*2020-02-15, version 2.9.10*

Used to freeze occasionally but now does it all the time. Needs an update fast! I’d hate to cancel, but it’s no good to me this way.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I love it

*2023-01-26, version 3.6.13*

The print edition is a joy to read on my iPad. I love the convenience of having at my fingertips every morning. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Jromo6

*2022-11-06, version 3.6.13*

It opens real fast

### 5/5 — Reliable delivery everyday

*2022-08-10, version 3.6.13*

I have almost forgotten the pain of years of searching for the paper on the front driveway, in the cold, the dark and sometimes when it was wet - I really enjoy reading the ‘paper’ on my I-pad - bright and early - never lost in a bush, or wet or smudged. Keep it up - the app lets the paper be read just like the original - without the daily trek outside !

### 5/5 — Far From Home, Close to My Heart

*2022-05-03, version 3.6.05*

I currently live in one of the largest cities in the USA but I think the El Paso Times App is a better digital newspaper — particularly in the email headlines to app part. I can click on a story in an email and it takes me directly to the app and I don’t have to log on again. I like reading my Hometown news and I forward events and interesting stories to my friends / family in EP hoping they’ll subscribe, too. I believe in supporting your hometown newspaper!

### 5/5 — El Paso Times App

*2022-04-12, version 3.6.05*

Easy to navigate

### 5/5 — El Paso Times

*2021-09-29, version 3.3.14*

Outstanding view of my daily paper

### 5/5 — Better Than I Thought

*2021-09-28, version 3.3.14*

Done well and in timely fashion. Thought I would be limited on digital form but not true.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2013-01-23, version 2.0.13*

I luv this app, I hate online stuff because you don't feel like your exposed to every article. This does it for you. Plus the resolution is great!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2012-10-19, version 2.0.13*

This is an excellent new app for the times. The old app seemed very limited.

### 4/5 — Biased paper

*2022-08-21, version 3.6.13*

The governor campaign content that you’re so happily displaying in color pictures and Pravda-style writing indicates that most of your staff have forgotten the tenets of journalism.
