Points expire in 3 months are you serious?
Points expiring in 3 months that is ridiculous, I used to prefer to go to el rancho so I can get points and they are expiring in 3 months???????also i put my phone number last time with a $200 purchase and the points were not added to my app, please put the points to be expire in a year and if that happens i can change the review

Technical Difficulties
Downloaded the new app and I am unable to register as a new user. I guess there is a glitch when I go to put in the pin whenever I retype the pin in the next section the first pin deletes and it’s just a cycle of not being able to register. Very annoying.

Points expire quickly
The points earned expire quicker than you are able to earn. 500 dollars worth of purchases entitles you to $5 off your next purchase. What a steal! Deleted the app. Gives you more headaches than rewards.
