Points expiring in 3 months that is ridiculous, I used to prefer to go to el rancho so I can get points and they are expiring in 3 months???????also i put my phone number last time with a $200 purchase and the points were not added to my app, please put the points to be expire in a year and if that happens i can change the review

Downloaded the new app and I am unable to register as a new user. I guess there is a glitch when I go to put in the pin whenever I retype the pin in the next section the first pin deletes and it’s just a cycle of not being able to register. Very annoying.

The points earned expire quicker than you are able to earn. 500 dollars worth of purchases entitles you to $5 off your next purchase. What a steal! Deleted the app. Gives you more headaches than rewards.

En una compra de $60 al seleccionar dos libras de tomatillo, limpio marca Milpero que estaba a 99 centavos la libra me la cobraban en 2.50 quedaba un total de 5.00 la app no sirvió aún que se acababa de bajar y la cajera no me advirtió de que tenía que usar cupon quería q ir volviera a bajar todo el mandado aun con la explicación de que necesitaba irme a recoger a mi niño a la escuela me vi en la necesidad de dejar los tomatillos ellos no quisieron validar la compra de 60 aún con el recibo me la mano solo si regresaba con todos los artículos que había comprado

App is a scam they advertise $10 off $60 purchase or $20 of $100 purchase but the system will pick up the $10 even though the purchase is way above $100 and store will refuse to honor it! they rather loose the costumer them loose $10
