The app won't let me sign in so it's useless! Keeps asking for a pin and the one the library gave me gets:
"Something went wrong
Incorrect barcode or PIN. Please try again." and no other option. No help, no number, no way to report,

When I try to go into loan history the app goes into a loop and never displays my loan history

I'm also unable to see what I've checked out.

Just downloaded the app. Scanning my library card barcode entered the correct number in the app, but the would fell when trying to login. Manually entering the exact same number worked. Aggravating..

It's a good useful app but it requires patience to use. For one thing it includes items that are not at the Ela Library but at other local libraries.
