Can’t recommend elää wellness ENOUGH!!! Dr. Kelsy Vick is extremely easy to follow and is my new favorite type of workout. Perfect for at the gym, home, or traveling workouts! So excited to see what’s to come!

### 5/5 — LOVE Elää Wellness!!

Elää is incredible!! Kelsy is so knowledgeable and just a great mentor through workouts! She is knowledgeable of movements and modifications as well as just a guide without the mental load of what to do for a workout. It is easy to operate and so nice to pick the workout and have a guided video to go with it! Kelsy makes you feel so confident and capable while doing the workouts. Thank you Elää Wellness!
