I agreed to this credit card via advertising campaign with my local credit union and since I had a car note I could utilize my app to make payments on both, wrong, payment and app are serviced through this 3rd party company; although my car note I access and pay through my credit union app. First payment made I called because I had not received any documentation as to when to pay and so on. I call the number on back of card, make payment. 2nd payment came due while I was on vacation in the ocean, I make contact to pay and get the run around on how I couldn’t pay using the payment method even tho that’s how I paid first time, I was told I would have to be late to make a payment that method, I replied I wasn’t late the first payment.. this went on I explained I’m in the ocean and just want pay. Obviously getting nowhere and frustrated. I asked to transfer me to the late department and I’ll pay to then be told I can’t you are not late. I hang up and make payment after I return, late. Then the APP is terrible I had to reset the password to be told I can’t use this password because it had been used, well if it was used why did it not work? I had to call multiple times and I mean more than I could count on both hands to reset and pay even to where they had me completely reset the profile not just password because they couldn’t figure out the glitches.. needless to say you MUST pay before 7pm they do not take into consideration the glitches and uneducated reps along with your work schedule so I was late more than twice so they reduced my high credit limit from $14,000 to just over my balance and if I made on time payments they would reconsider in 6 months to increase the line… lol and shaking my head this was 99% their design of app and rep turnover issues that punished me. I complained about this app and how you are told one thing and something else… well they changed the app.. I still hate this credit card and I do NOT want a line increase or will utilize this card ever. ### 1/5 — 2 apps *2026-08-08, version 26.07.0* I don’t understand why I have to login to 2 different websites to look at my credit cards transactions. ### 1/5 — Will Not Use Your Credit Card *2026-08-03, version 26.07.0* Until this app is fixed I am leaving my ELAN card in the drawer. Consider hiring someone away from the IT department at Chase, Capital One, CitiBank, Bank of Am or Amex.
