## What is Elate Chat?

Elate Chat Connect keeps registered users informed through channel-based broadcast announcements. Create an account, browse available channels, subscribe or request access, and receive updates from the channels you follow.

The app is designed for recipients. Admins send announcements from a separate admin backend, while mobile users use this app to receive broadcasts, review messages, manage channel subscriptions, and update basic profile settings.
