## What is ELC "The Athlete*"?

All the Nike ELC sport activities in one platform. Book your sport classes, follow workout plans or connect with fitness equipment to track your workout. Everything you need to know to make sport a daily habit! You as an athlete have the ability to set goals, create workouts, or request and receive workouts from one of The Athlete* coaches.

ELC The Athlete*  app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. After completing a workout, the results are automatically saved and added to the timeline.
