### 1/5 — IPhone Version will not connect via Bluetooth

I have a 456 Dry Film Thickness gauge and. 319 Dewpoint meter. All firmware is up to date. 
I have Bluetooth enabled on both devices but neither device can be “discovered” by my iPhone 13. I had a friend use her iPhone 12 with the App and neither device was recognized.
I had another friend install the Android App on his phone and it was able to connect the 2 devices.
I can conclude the iPhone App will not recognize the 2 devices, so it is useless to me.

Works well with android and pc desktop. 

Will not transfer any Bluetooth readings at all with my IPad

I’ve tried a long time ago to use the Bluetooth feature to sync readings to my computer and/or phone, I was never able to. Gave it another shot yesterday and today, got nowhere. Found no info on how to get anywhere. I have several Elcometer instruments and none have ever even appeared when searching for Bluetooth devices.

Please up date the app for Apple blue tooth use. This is a nice compliment to your equipment but wth out a current up date for blue tooth use. 😳🤬🤯

Last time I checked, this wasn't available for mac, is this still the case ?
If so can somebody tell me why as all QAQC inspectors don't just use Windows OS.

I export reports to XLSX spreadsheet extensively with attached images. The image resolution is inadequate for the type of work we are doing. Should be more control over the resolution with the ability to attach images at maximum resolution.

It would be helpful if there was an option to automatically ignore outliers based on preset limits during live DFT readings.
