Want an easy to use, fun and accessible app to keep you active no matter your age then look no further, choose ElderlyFit, an app built with the elderly in mind with specially catered exercises to help you stretch and get in your daily dose of activity or choose a more advanced exercise plan to keep you healthy and fit.
