When I decided to change my ELD to different services, EL demanded charge me for the following year without my permission even I told them I’m not interested to continue to use their service. When I asked to send me the fourth-quarter report for my Ifta refused to send me the report. I don’t recommend anybody to use. There are so many other ELD that are much affordable than ELD Mandate. Then they pimp u for review. I almost did . ELD MAndate Plus had issues then canceled by FMCSA ! They then said Could use HOS touting as better upgrade at no additional charge and will work fine . I got a load to n Colorado from phx az 1000 miles away got stuck for 3days while they rarely answered then said fixed . Went back and forth them and hwy ( ELD mandate blamed highways… got both parties on 3 way . By where clearly ELD Mandate knew there was issues. They agreed to call when fixed and we gave up freight and came home empty!
