## What is Eldraun?

Eldraun is a training app for people who want to spend more time lifting and less time managing an app.

Build your own program, log your workouts, see what you did last time and follow your progress over time.

You can start for free with one personal program, unlimited workout logging and your full training history. Eldraun Pro gives you unlimited personal programs and more detailed progress tools.

If you train with a personal trainer, they can send you a program through Eldraun. You can use the program for free and choose whether to share your completed workouts back with them.

Personal trainers can use Eldraun Coach to create programs, manage clients and review completed training. Coach also includes Eldraun Pro.

Eldraun is built in Iceland and available in Icelandic and English.

Version 1.2 adds Eldraun Coach for personal trainers. Trainers can create programs for their clients through Hrímafl Coach, while clients can train in Eldraun for free and choose whether to share their completed workouts.

We've also improved account setup, memberships and a number of smaller parts of the training experience.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-01

Eldraun is now available in Icelandic, with smoother navigation, clearer workouts, faster logging, refined plan design, and a shortcut back to any workout in progress.
