They were nice the first two years. The last year theyre become bad at customer service bad eld service and worst for database collection. I was like every company is struggling give them one more year. To be honest they were $20 a month. No body can beat that. This year they become the worst Eld company out there. Their New update is trash. No customer service what soo ever. After calling two weeks I finally get someone on The phone Who insults me and hung up phone. Then I got an email saying that my service is disconnected and I have to pay a fee for that or they will send me a collection. Afte all three and half years end at disappointed. From last year I sold my 2nd truck and I m not using that ELDS and they r still charging me for that.
