Miałem wpisane dane firmy do faktury. Po kursie dowiedziałem się, że fakturę ściągnę z aplikacji. Próbowałem to zrobić po ok 15 minutach ale nie było takiej możliwości a przejazd byk już nieaktywny. Dodatkowo zauważyłem, że zniknęły dane mojej firmy w aplikacji. Szkoda nerwów ### 1/5 — Rude call center *2025-09-15, version 6.4.3* I called to ask a question about the invoice and they hung up the phone to my face. I was speaking very clearly and using elementary level words. Not knowing English is totally fine but acting like you know and then hanging up the phone to my face saying “nie rozumiem” is very rude and unprofessional. First and last time ordering with Ele. I’ll stick to other normal companies. ### 1/5 — Nic nie działa *2025-07-29, version 6.4.3* Miała być opcja fotelików dla dzieci - nic takiego nie ma. Próba dodania karty kończy się zawsze błędem. Nic nie działa 🤷🏻 ### 2/5 — serwis dramat *2025-04-03, version 6.2.7* taxowki raz przyjeżdzają a raz nie, ale ele nie raczy informować, że nie zrealizuje kursu. Nie polecam. ### 1/5 — Liar *2024-12-09, version 6.2.2* I was cheated. Their website said they provide baby safety seats, but the car that arrived didn't have one. Your price is twice as high as other companies. Why? ### 3/5 — Nie działa podpięcie karty *2024-03-31, version 3.6.3* Nie można dodać karty płatniczej do profilu. Sprawdzałem trzy karty (Visa i MC) i w każdym przypadku po „poprawnym” dodaniu karty do profilu, karta ma status „zawieszona” i nie jest aktywna. ### 5/5 — Lepsze od ubera *2024-03-25, version 3.6.3* Polscy,ubezpieczeni kierowcy z dokumentami. Ceny tańsze niż Uber,auta lepsze. Z lotniska Chopina uber liczył 130zl a Elle 74zl. ### 3/5 — Problemy z płatnościami *2023-12-19, version 3.6.3* Fajna aplikacja i taksówki, na których można polegać. Szkoda, że nie działa opcja podłączenia karty od aplikacji a firma nie odpowiada na maile w tej sprawie ### 1/5 — Rude drivers that don’t respect other languages, support that doesn’t respond *2023-10-28, version 3.5.13* “driver” of this taxi service parked in my parking lot and when I blocked him(because I don’t have any other parking lots) he came back and started saying that this is not my parking lot. When I showed him a document that I own the parking lot he started screaming that there is no special sign that the parking is private(but this is not true and it’s obvious for person who knows driving rules). Moreover, he said that I have to speak Polish in Poland, not English, not Ukrainian(I was trying to speak Polish but my lever is weak and I used some English phrases and I’m not Ukrainian or from English speaking country). So I don’t know how this rude “driver” can drive tourists if he doesn’t respect other languages.
