Have to delete and reinstall app just to use it

Working at the dealership.. elead has this issue of freezing when I’m loading up videos for the multi point inspection. Any video above 2min mark. I would usually keep my videos short but does not make any difference. When loading a video it will freeze when it is compressing and I’ll have to close and open the app 15-20 times to finally have the video compress. And still it is very annoying that it happens to me all the time
