It’s doesn’t even give me to opt to log in it just bombs out every time. When I try to access a course, the app prompts me to “Launch the Course,” but after that, nothing happens. It does not direct me to the course, making it impossible to proceed. Additionally, the app is extremely slow, which discourages access and affects the overall user experience. I hope the concerned team can look into this issue and work on improving the app’s performance. Thank you in advance for your support. Hierarchy is incorrect does not pull through the details from the main system. I would not encourage staff to use this app to complete their training, I’m not sure what’s happening with eLFY at the moment it looks as if the access group have stopped investing and focusing on their next buy out.
