### 1/5 — Constantly glitches - ruined my trailer tires

App crashed on CarPlay, locked the brakes on, flat spotted all my trailer tires, so much smoke it was frightening. Honestly stick with a hard wired controller. 
Always have connectivity issues every time I connect after leaving it for a few weeks. All latest versions of software but still absolute rubbish. 
Contacted support, yet to receive a response. Have removed and refitted my trouble free Redarc

My brakes aren’t working, just the tap screen only, on my second unit and tryed two different vehicles but still no luck.

Love the Elecbreaks  system but the new override is not a good option considering how easy it is the accidentally engage override

This is a great app, even better now with CarPlay functionality. But you need to enable split screen for CarPlay to have this and maps on the screen at the same time

This is super simple to use and works well. It really needs a CarPlay app to use the car’s infotainment screen whilst driving instead of trying to log into the phone. Would make it much safer whilst driving.

This is a great device!
However, I really wish it did Apple CarPlay!
That would eliminate the need of having the phone in a holder, and easily controlled through the car’s display!

Just put this in my Jayco lark install was so easy straight forward and the app gives me visibility for function when driving when paired up with my adaptive cruise control engaged I can see the trailer brakes being engaged when the car brakes great tech solution for towing.

This is the simplest brake controller I have ever used(I have had a few over the years). Down load the app and hit the road. No jerking or sudden jolts, plenty of adjustments. I will be going back to Pedders Bendigo to purchase the remote control as well...great unit
