I went to an authorized parking area, yet it kept saying I was in a restricted zone. There was no way to contact customer service, and I spent almost an hour trying to fix the issue. In the end, I was charged way more for a service I barely used. Then web. You try to return the scooter the app freezes and keeps charging you. Is this the only way they can make enough money? How is this legal? ### 1/5 — Would not lock/end ride *2024-04-18, version 1.0.11* We rented scooters for less than 10 mins before realizing that one of them was not working. We went to a blue parking area yet the app would NOT let us lock. Kept saying it was in a restricted area which it wasn’t. There is NO one to contact, no customer service. We tried for over an hour to lock our two scooters before they finally locked. Costed us way more money than expected for an hour we didn’t even get to use. HIGHLY disappointed ### 1/5 — Not user friendly app *2024-02-20, version 1.0.11* Great scooters but the app is super confusing for having multiple riders. Don’t know when someone is added and ready to use. Also got bamboozled into prepaying for the ride but now can’t get my money back. ### 1/5 — Buggy app cost me money *2024-01-19, version 1.0.11* I started a ride but the app wouldn’t let me end the ride anywhere. It kept saying I was in a restricted area when I clearly wasn’t. Even in the parking zone, it wouldn’t let me end the ride. As a result, my ride ended up costing me much more than it should have. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support about this and they are completely unresponsive. ### 1/5 — Great way to lose money *2023-10-25, version 1.0.11* Took my money, bikes never unlocked. No customer service number to call and no one responds to the messages you send. So if you want to want to throw money in the trash, flush it down the toilet, burn it, then this is just another option for you. ### 1/5 — AVOID *2023-10-15* App doesn't work- aside from taking my money. We weren't able to unlock any bikes and I tried multiple ways to get a hold of somebody from the company and no one responded. Save your money. DO NOT RIDE *2025-07-04, version 1.0.11* After downloading the app I added $15, and the app started having major issues. It wouldn’t allow me to scan the scooter several times, I had to ring a scooter just to start a ride. Then the scooter never worked! Now I can’t get my money back and when I deleted the app and tried again it wouldn’t even send a code to my phone. -10/10 would not recommend. I wish they’d just give you your money back once you cancel, or at least state that they don’t! ### 1/5 — Unsatisfying experience *2025-06-07, version 1.0.11* What kind of app has a character limit on the email bar? My email is a bit long but not too much and it wouldn’t let me add my whole email so I had to create another email. On top of that, I wanted to ride with my buddy so I decided to scan two scooters. Of course I had to pay for the 15$ fee. I had to put two phone numbers. I scanned one and it worked fine but then I scanned the other and it kept saying error but it wouldn’t tell me why. I kept pressing the help button and scanning the QR code so that it wouldn’t hopefully allow the vehicle to unlock but nothing happened. The help button does not work and has no function. Eventually we just settled on going with the bird scooter instead which was a way better experience than this garbage. Not only did it steal more than 15$ from me but it also provided no help service whatsoever. Would not recommend to anyone. ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2025-04-09, version 1.0.11* Up loaded $30 to rent scooter but ended up not being able to rent a scooter due to all available scooter being low on battery . attempted to contact customer services via WhatsApp and email for a reimbursement of $30 load on to account because they do not have a customer service phone number . It has been two weeks now no one has responded to the email I sent , the WhatsApp message shows it was read but they have yet to respond that either . ### 1/5 — Took money without my confirmation *2025-04-04, version 1.0.11* They took almost $30 to out in my wallet on the app and kept refilling the wallet. Even though I wasn’t going to ride anymore. When you try to contact them, they won’t respond. I emailed them, did the online chat, and message them on what’s app all like they said on their website. No response to anything. This is fraudulent ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-03-27, version 1.0.11* Scam, app freeze impossible to do anything after paying ### 1/5 — Money *2025-03-12, version 1.0.11* Once you put money in your account on the app, it will not let you take it out. ### 1/5 — Mala experiencia con los cobros *2025-03-11, version 1.0.11* Usé esta app para alquilar scooters, pero me cobraron dos veces y no aplicaron el saldo de mi billetera digital. Al contactar con soporte, no ofrecieron una solución clara. Tuve que disputar el cargo con mi banco para recuperar mi dinero. Además, el auto-refill puede hacer que te cobren sin que te des cuenta. No recomiendo esta app, revisen bien sus cobros antes de usarla. Ha I used this app to rent scooters, but they charged me twice and didn't apply my digital wallet balance. When I contacted support, they didn't offer a clear solution. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Also, auto-refill can cause you to be charged without realizing it. They stuck by comparison.
