## What is Election?

The app ranked #1 on App Store charts (paid News apps category) during the 2008 Election is now back for the 2024 election. 
It provides you with 2024 Election results and pre-election polls.

Whether you're a New Yorker or a Texan, a moderate or independent, or a Kamalanator or MAGA, this application provides a daily snapshot of the 2024 US presidential election at your finger tips, and will provide you with election results.

A one-time in-app-purchase option will give you daily poll updates (until November 8), and provide you with election results. On Election Day, November 5,  and the early hours of November 6, results will be updated every 10-20 minutes. So, results will not be available instantly, and there will be a 10-20 minute delay.

Without the in-app-purchase, the free version will NOT provide election results. It will give you poll results until early October.

You would think that they would update with this election's information. But nope, still Obama vs McCain. Very disappointed that the people behind this app don't even have things set up for Obama vs Romney. Seems like they care more about the money than the consumer. DO NOT BUY!

Cool interface but wholey let me down on election night. Results were about 6 hours behind.

I thought this was a good application and did what it promised. Some of the reviews here complain about no up-to-the-second updates on election day, but frankly that is not realistic as that information wasn't always available. I launched the app several times on election day and saw info that was fairly fresh (30min-2hours) and was good enough for almost any scenario. All in all, a well designed app.

I love this! I used it daily to see polling data and other pertinent info to the election. It had so many details...Pretty much anything you wanted to know about the election, and then some, is on this application. Friends got annoyed when we'd go out, because I kept checking the Election Application! :-)

This is a well written application - the best in its category.
My friends suggested me this application because they liked daily poll update.
Unque features like commentary is impressive.
On election date the results were slightly delayed but I guess the advertisement said multiple updates (rather than real time updates) - so cant really complain much.

All the updates were available by the end of the day.
