Besonders praktisch finde ich die Karte, auf der sowohl die jeweiligen Ladekosten als auch die aktuelle Belegung der Ladepunkte direkt ersichtlich sind. Ein echtes Highlight ist für mich die Anzeige über den Ladepunkten vor Ort: Schon aus der Entfernung erkennt man bequem, welcher Ladepunkt frei ist bzw. welcher voraussichtlich als Nächstes frei wird. Das habe ich so bisher noch bei keinem anderen Ladeanbieter erlebt. Auch mein erster Ladevorgang bei Electra war rundum positiv: Die in der App angegebenen GPS-Koordinaten stimmten exakt und der Ladevorgang ließ sich mit der Ladekarte schnell und unkompliziert starten. Als kleines i-Tüpfelchen würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Ladesäule nach Erkennen der Ladekarte automatisch die im Kundenkonto hinterlegte Sprache verwendet. Da mein Französisch nicht besonders gut ist, war ich kurz unsicher, ob der Ladevorgang bereits gestartet war – im Fahrzeug konnte ich dann sofort sehen, dass alles funktioniert. Insgesamt ein sehr durchdachtes Konzept und für mich nach der ersten Nutzung ganz klar 5 Sterne. ### 5/5 — Electra ist phänomenal gut *2026-08-24* Wir sind von Electria und der App begeistert. Eine IONITY Ladesäule hätte sich aufgehangen und die App blockiert, innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach der Supportanfrage via Chat war der Vorgang durch die Mitarbeiter manuell beendet und wir wieder startklar. Je teste ma nouvelle voiture électrique et les outils nécessaires pour gérer les longs trajets. J’ai utilisé plusieurs apps, celle-là l’emporte sur tous les plans : planification du trajet avec arrêt recharge, utilisation de Plans ou Google Maps, fiabilité des infos en temps réels et même le service « à proximité » pour s’occuper pdt la recharge. J’ai commandé la carte de recharge qui est arrivée rapidement et s’avère très simple d’utilisation. L’application est top, intuitive, très bien expliquée. J’ai trouvé une borne facilement et l’état de disponibilité des bornes était fiable. Les explications étaient claires et l’interface sur la borne facile. Die Logik war nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar, da die Strompreise zu diesem Zeitpunkt das Minimum des Tages hatten. Man muss explizit in der App tiefer nachschauen, um das zu erkennen. ### 4/5 — Empreintes bancaires à chaque utilisation !!! *2026-08-11* 8 fois 34€ soit 272€ pour descendre à Nice et la même chose pour le retour. En week end on est remboursé que le lundi ou mardi. Je ne comprends pas que ma carte enregistrée ne suffisent pas à payer les charges au fur et à mesure. Ou alors prélevé 50 60 € pour les charges futures.
