Besides it won’t allow charging unless 100% battery charge equivalent money would be blocked despite mentioning that minimum balance is Rs. 50 - looks like a trick to keep more money in their wallet. ### 1/5 — Absolutely a Waste of Money *2026-03-11* Never ever install this app. Shows chargers at locations where there are actually NO CHARGERS. Even after multiple complaints they do not fix the issue. Really Please think TWICE BEFORE ADDING MONEY TO WALLET. Once it goes to wallet, there’s no way of getting it back and you cannot use it coz its extremely rare to find a working charger. ### 1/5 — Worst EV station *2024-09-09* My society used to have an EV station by Bijlify, and I was very happy with its ease of use. However, I've had a very bad experience with the ElectreeFi EV station for the past 10 days. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it shows the error message: 'Please select duration-based charging since the next free slot duration is less than the maximum permissible booking duration for amount-based charging.' I've tried everything, and for safety, I also screen-recorded every procedure. Just imagine you have an emergency and want to charge your EV 😑 **Developer response:** Hello, Sorry to hear about your problem. However, the new update has resolved the mentioned problem. Please check and feel free to rate again.🙂 ### 1/5 — Overcharges every time you recharge *2023-09-22* This app overcharges you everytime & makes u pay more than the MRP stated in the app and then refunds then overcharged money to their own wallet when charging completes. Then this money can never be withdrawn ! Essentially keeping the overcharged money with them forever ! **Developer response:** Hello, Sorry to hear about it. But in current update , you'll get refund in the original gateway that is being used earlier for the payment. ### 1/5 — Unpredictable App *2022-09-13* I use this app to charge my car while going long distance in Kerala. The application did not open while I was at the charging station during the last few times. Recently, I had to look for some other charging stations nearby due to this totally unpredictable behaviour of the app. Also, few times the charging stops midway without any action from our side. Please fix this. **Developer response:** Kindly check the recent updates. ### 1/5 — Users beware scammers they won’t refund *2022-03-23* It seems they are a bunch of scammers I booked three charging sessions as the machine was terminating each session after initiating the charging I had to book and pay using Gpay everytime as I dint use the wallet. As the sessions were terminated without charging to the selected units the amount was indicated to be refunded but it’s been more than a month but no refund. Their customer care numbers and email are non responsive. **Developer response:** Kindly check the recent updates. ### 2/5 — Stop option not working *2021-07-08* Application is great until you want to stop the charging in between. It will not allow stopping also once you are back to menu after clicking stop. You will not able to find the charging details also. Please fix the issue. **Developer response:** Kindly check the issue in latest app. Its resolved now. ### 4/5 — Great App for EV charging at BESCOM *2020-10-23* I have Hyundai Kona EV, use this app to conveniently charge at BESCOM charging stations in Bangalore. It is very nice app to find , navigate and charge from a charging station.
