Just synced with my Mac. *2022-04-30* Like with most business app you often need support. The help desk is always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone. They truly understand the app and our business inside and out and get questions resolved quickly. Really don't contact them much anymore as the app is running smoothly, thank you for all the great help. ### 5/5 — Flawless Operation! Great Support! *2021-02-25* Our needs are pretty basic. We need to schedule work for our 2 electricians, they need to be able to easily do an estimate while they are at the customer location. When the job is done, I need to check it over add prices for parts and send out an invoice to the customer on larger jobs. With small jobs they can do the invoice themselves. We use the payments feature to verify our deposits and credit card transactions. Overall, it keeps us all on the same page and helps track our work and our money! ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2020-06-02* Doesnt mention can’t use anything unless you purchase more features **Developer response:** Sorry you were unhappy with your decision to purchase our App. As required by Apple we go to a great deal of effort to show you what the app looks like, explain the features, and what is included and what requires InApp Purchases. All of this information is shown in the AppStore including: 1.) Seventeen (17) actual of screenshots of main app views including invoice entry.  2.) A 3,500 character description of what the app does and what is included a what is optional.  3.) Details and pricing of the InApp Purchases. If you had reviewed this information you would have understood what you were buying. Nevertheless, we are happy to get your a refund. Your statement that you can't use anything is totally false. You can create invoices, schedule appointments, track client payments and history, keep inventory, etc. etc. In fact most of our clients use the base app to run their businesses. The only InApp that may have been necessary for you is Estimates for $3.99. which would have brought your total one-time cost to around $12.  This is a one time fee that compares to apps the are $30 per month! The App contains a Support Request function you can ask for help or a refund. You can also send text messages or call on the phone for help 303-408-7732. The description is accurate there are NO monthly fees which is why we charge small one time fees, like $3.99 for a few of the In-Apps. Super support. *2018-10-23* After paying $9 A Month for another app and not getting the results I expected I decided to give this app a try as one of my buddies recommended it. I bought the app with estimates and Cloud Sync so I could run on my phone and iPad. For my business it is working out swell! Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email. Added bonus is the National Electrical Estimator cost book. ### 5/5 — Craftsman Electrical Cost Book great addition. *2018-05-14* With over 15,000 labor and material cost there is nothing like this! Overall there are some things that i would do differently if I were designing the program, but I’m an electrician, not a programmer! Overall the app is pretty easy to setup and use and there are not many unnecessary steps. Put the customer in and then add the labor and parts and you have an estimate or invoice to print or send.
