In Australia when will it get fixed so we can start to use it . What’s the point of being able to download it if we can’t open it ### 1/5 — The app is not ready for TVs *2026-07-22* When the app opens on my Samsung TV it sits at a blank screen and never loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, to no avail. It is also non-intuitive on my Roku TV. The inability to select my profile avatar is problematic, because the pre-selected one is horrible and the extra steps to use the only profile set up is ridiculous. The navigation and no video when the player starts the next episode, needs to be fixed. I mainly watch Leverage, Leverage: Redemption and Almost Paradise. Apps that don't work don't need to be launched. Fix the bugs, please. **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out to our team and we apologize for the inconvenience. I try to reset it but never get an email. WTH! **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. If you’re trying to access an account from the previous app so you can access your previous purchases, try the following. Create a NEW account, but use the same email address you used for your old account. Then log into the new account.
