J’ai créé une clé d’identification pour faciliter la connexion et je ne suis même pas capable de l’utiliser malgré que je sélectionne l’option requis. Je choisis de me connecter de la façon conventionnelle, avec courriel et mot de passe, alors je suis supposé recevoir un code par le courriel qui ne viendra jamais. Ces bornes de recharge appartiennent à Volkswagen et je crois que leurs programmeurs ne sont pas très doués. Plein de problèmes comme avec leurs véhicules électriques. Reveillez-vous! Came back an hour later and it had stopped charging at 30%, charged me a $30 fee for taking up the spot. First day of the trip the app won’t work because it requires an ios update that my phone isn’t compatible with. Just keeps saying, "Oops, something went wrong, try again later." And sorry for us ;-( L’application fonctionnait très bien depuis 2 ans. Il y a trois semaines, une mise à jour est sortie. Or, je ne peux pas y accéder parce que mon iOS -qui est à jour- est une version 16.xx et que l’application Electrify Canada requiert un iOS 17.2 ou ultérieur. Le service à la clientèle m’a conseillé de leur téléphoner quand je veux utiliser la recharge à la borne ou de forcer une version supérieure sur mon iPhone (1 heure dans un IStore ? Est-ce même possible ?) ou encore de m’acheter un nouveau cellulaire… Allo !? Comment avez-vous pu laisser des clients sur le bord du chemin ? I had my history until April 2024 then nothing worked. Email after Email, the various agents unable to help The station charges ok because set on auto charge but otherwise unable to set a day/time schedule et. Occasionally it proves to be difficult if not impossible to connect. That requires using a credit card and paying a premium price. Grrrrr ### 4/5 — Charge Speed *2024-09-17, version 7.16.2* We have just purchased an Electric Silverado which very high charging speeds. Charges at 144kwh and took only 45 minutes from 33% to 85%. This is how all charger locations should be cable of and into the future. Thank you very much electrify Canada made it possible to make my Western Canada road trip possible from Winnipeg to Vancouver island and back.
