Service après vente trop nul !!! Cela fait presque 10jours que ma réclamation traîne et à chaque fois que j’appelle on me dit que c’est en cours de traitement sous prétexte que le technicien a été remplacé par un autre, c’est vraiment honteux ! 
Ma machine à laver est bloquée , je vous laisse donc imaginer ma situation ! LA HONTE !!!

This app will be my go to for Office , evenings, Lazy days , gifts for my family, especially my parents all under one roof !! . 
Loved the feature that you can save your items into a favorite list. You can check it later, either from your phone or any other devices, and  you can compare products with a clear breakdown : price, sizes , brand . Stock availability....  

maybe something  in the future that can be added is the AR technology. I would love to check if my TV will fit perfectly in the spot that I pick to mount it on . 

For a new born version this is a promising app to help people shop from their couches, beds, toilet seats lol (why not?) for their daily needs and gifts for their families.  With the “new-normal” no more dealing with the pressure of a salesman nor crowded stores .

L’application  Electroplanet est intuitive, rapide et très complète. Le catalogue est bien organisé, les promotions sont facilement accessibles, et le paiement est sécurisé. Un outil indispensable pour des achats simples et efficaces. Je recommande à 100 % !
